How to Choose the Right Powder Processing Equipment (With Honest Advice for Small and Big Buyers)

- Annual volume >500 tons of a stable formula? → Large operator. Invest in a proven, dedicated line with long warranty.
And if your situation falls between categories? Ask for references from companies that grew from pilot to production using the same vendor. I've seen clients successfully scale up from a 50-liter mixer to 5,000 liters — but not without re-engineering some parts.
One last thing: a lesson from Eddie
